Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team at Pocket Operator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our pocket synthesizers, ensuring that every unit meets our high standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with our product development and engineering teams to contribute to the innovative designs that distinguish our products in the market.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust sewing machines for various production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in product testing and provide feedback on design and usability.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining high quality.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and sewing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Fashion Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in garment production or relevant experience in music technology.

• Advanced Sewing Techniques Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
