Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sunshine Coast facility. The successful candidate will manage inventory, ensure the safety of staff, and collaborate with other departments to create seamless logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure optimal staff allocation and workload management.
• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for warehousing.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Work with IT to improve warehouse management systems.
• Monitor market trends affecting inventory management.
• Encourage a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance to management.
• Engage with external stakeholders for smooth logistic operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations

Languages

• English: Fluent
