Collator Operator

Job Description

As a Collator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining collating and binding machines to produce printed materials such as books, catalogs, and pamphlets. Your role will focus on ensuring the quality and efficiency of the output while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure consistency.
• Train new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of machines as needed.
• Provide feedback on production processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in a printing or production environment preferred

• Collating Machine Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
