Job Description

As a Manufacturing Winder, you will operate machinery to wind materials onto spools or bobbins. The role requires great attention to detail to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot winding machinery.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards during production.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control of materials and supplies.
• Train and guide less experienced operators on machine operation.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualifications in manufacturing or engineering are advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience with textile machinery is preferred.
