Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will excel at sewing buckles onto various products such as belts, bags, and straps while ensuring quality and precision in their work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust sewing machines for optimal performance.
• Document production output and report it to the management team.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow challenges and solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
• Identify and troubleshoot any sewing machine malfunctions.
• Uphold a positive work culture and contribute to team morale.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of high school education
• Certificate III in Clothing and Textile Production (desirable but not essential)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the textile manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills

• Industrial sewing machine operation
• Technical drawing interpretation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Independence

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in textile manufacturing for fashion accessories.: Background in producing high-quality fashion products is a plus.
