Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Packaging and Filling Machine Operator who will play a pivotal role in our production team. The ideal candidate will operate auto rolling machines and ensure the smooth operation of the production line, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to achieve high production levels.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports on production metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain workplace safety.
• Support maintenance staff during servicing of machinery.
• Adapt to changing demands and production schedules.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and product quality.
• Assist in optimizing machine efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in machine operation or similar field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
