Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Printing Press Operator to enhance our production capabilities at XYZ Printing Services. You will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting printing machines to deliver top-notch print products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control printing machinery to produce high-quality materials.
• Set up and adjust printing machines for each job.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Load and unload materials efficiently and safely.
• Maintain optimal machine performance and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Assist in prioritising print jobs based on production schedules.
• Follow strict safety protocols and ensure a tidy workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating printing press machines.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Printing Technology Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Offset and Digital Printing: Hands-on experience with various types of printing presses, including offset and digital.
• Understanding of Colour Management: Knowledge of colour theory and management techniques in printing.
