Responsibilities

• Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment as needed to ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the development of production schedules and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or relevant qualification

Experience

• Prior experience in metal fabrication or shell assembly is highly desirable.
