HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Lismore. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in managing employee relations, recruitment, and providing support to our workforce. You will enhance workplace culture and drive HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job advertising to selection.
• Facilitate employee induction programs and orientation.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of employee handbooks.
• Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Engage in workforce planning and analysis.
• Provide training on HR policies and compliance regulations.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Support employees in various HR matters and queries.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and enhance strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles

Certifications

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
