Job Description

In the role of Pest Management Supervisor, you will oversee a team of pest control technicians, ensuring effective implementation of pest management programs. You will play a key role in maintaining safety standards and enhancing client satisfaction through timely and efficient pest management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the pest control team.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to determine pest control needs.
  • Develop tailored pest management plans for various environments.
  • Oversee the application and effectiveness of pest control treatments.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new pest control personnel.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Stay updated on pest management techniques and products.
  • Maintain compliance with all local and national regulations regarding pest control.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Pest Management or equivalent
  • Diploma in Pest Management or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pest management and team supervision.
