As the Beam Department Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. This position entails overseeing beam production, meeting quality standards, and leading a dedicated team. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations while striving for continuous improvement in production efficiency. Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on department performance and communicate with senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or IV in Manufacturing or related field
• Diploma in Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management.

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages
