Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining our IT environment and optimising our support services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical inquiries in a timely manner and provide resolutions.
  • Ensure that desktop and laptop hardware are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and supplies.
  • Train users on software applications and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve system functionality.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in technical support roles

  • Active Directory

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Languages
  • English: Fluent
