Job Description

As an Air Crew Officer, you will be vital in managing electronic warfare systems aboard naval aircraft. This role involves close collaboration with pilots to ensure operational safety and mission efficacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of sophisticated electronic warfare systems within naval aircraft.
• Provide tactical and technical guidance to flight crews during missions.
• Establish training programs for personnel on electronic warfare protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments of potential threats and devise strategic responses.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Document and analyze equipment performance to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Plan and facilitate training exercises to maintain crew readiness.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across airborne operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Master's Degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Warfare or a related field.
