As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across our projects in Mackay. Your expertise will help us streamline processes, reduce waste, and implement effective solutions that deliver value to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing engineering systems and workflows.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and services.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Involve in product design and development processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new projects.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Foster innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
• Monitor project KPIs and suggest adjustments where necessary.
• Engage in mentoring and training of new engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations role
