Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for mechanical components.
• Lead design review meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize CAD software for the design of mechanical systems.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Work alongside product management to align engineering output with client needs.
• Maintain oversight of projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related roles.
