Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders

Job Description

As a Coater Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining coating machinery while ensuring quality standards are met. You will play a critical role in the production line, ensuring effective processes that meet our high safety and productivity guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle finishing tasks such as polishing and cleaning coated products.
• Maintain daily logs and reports on production efficiency and equipment operations.
• Perform training and mentoring of junior operators.
• Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in production or engineering (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in coating or related manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with quality control processes
• Ability to operate forklifts and heavy machinery (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate other manufacturing equipment: Experience with machines related to coating processes.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices: Understanding of eco-friendly coating processes.
