Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our Geelong office. You will be responsible for analysing user needs and designing engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-oriented design principles and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Gather and analyse user/customer data to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
• Create engaging presentations of design concepts for stakeholders.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Languages

• English: Fluent
