You will be responsible for developing security protocols, conducting assessments, and responding to security incidents. Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects and initiatives
• Assess and mitigate risks to information systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure applications
• Review and improve existing security policies and procedures
• Engage in efforts to improve security awareness across the organisation
• Conduct training sessions on emerging cybersecurity threats
• Maintain security documentation and records accurately
• Participate in security governance and compliance audits
• Assist with incident recovery and business continuity planning
• Advocate for security-enhanced processes throughout the company

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on experience

Technical Skills

• Firewalls and Network Security Devices
• Compliance Standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Cloud Security

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• CompTIA Security+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001): Knowledge of widely accepted security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Certifications in advanced cybersecurity domains: Additional certifications in specialized cybersecurity fields will be advantageous.
