Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Cold-Press Loader to manage the operation and maintenance of our cold-press machinery, ensuring product quality and safety protocols are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials and prepare for cold-press operations.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform daily checks on machinery to ensure safe operation.
• Assist in inventory management and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Identify any mechanical or operational issues and report immediately.
• Work collaboratively within the production team.
• Participate actively in health and safety briefings.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Basic Troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Experience in Food Production Industry: Prior experience in food processing or related field.
