Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cylinder Tester to be an integral part of our Quality Control team. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive tests on various cylinders, ensuring their adherence to rigorous safety and compliance standards. This position demands an eye for detail and a solid understanding of both testing procedures and safety regulations. You will work closely with other team members to identify any potential hazards and maintain meticulous records of testing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of cylinders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document findings accurately and maintain testing logs.
• Support the Quality Control Supervisor in audits and inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving testing technical issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance testing skills.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve cylinder design safety.
• Provide recommendations based on testing data for product improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues and solutions.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in cylinder testing or a related field preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a quality control role preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
