Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans tailored for our clients. Successful applicants will be involved in training and providing ongoing support to clients and their families, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform behavioural assessments to formulate effective behaviour intervention plans.
  • Train clients and caregivers on behaviour management techniques.
  • Monitor behavioural progress and modify interventions accordingly.
  • Network with other healthcare professionals to align treatment plans.
  • Contribute to research projects related to behavioural analysis.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and client care.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of all client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education or related field
  • Master's Degree in Applied Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
