Job Description

We are currently seeking a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. This role involves operating woodworking machinery to ensure high-quality production in our mining projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in driving a bottom hoop of a rotary drilling rig during operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust woodworking machines for optimal performance.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production runs and machine operations for tracking purposes.
• Train junior staff on machine operation and safety practices.
• Implement energy-saving techniques in machine operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in woodworking or machinery operations.

Languages

Advantageous
