The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select materials for mechanical design.
• Work with project managers to streamline project execution.
• Provide input for project proposals and bids.
• Design for manufacturability, assembly, and testing.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners for material sourcing.
• Develop maintenance procedures for mechanical systems.
• Conduct risk assessment for various engineering projects.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in engineering calculations.
• Participate in regular project progress meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Thermodynamics

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments for product development.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project): Proficient in project management tools to track project timelines and deliverables.
