Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor conveyor systems and gaming consoles.
• Assist customers with video game troubleshooting and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gaming area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide first-level technical support for gaming equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed about new gaming titles and industry trends.
• Complete daily reports and logs as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience necessary; training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Gaming Console Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous customer service experience: Experience working in a customer-facing role will be an advantage.
