Job Description

As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing outstanding customer service and managing transactions efficiently. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and handle payment methods.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment.
  • Answer phone inquiries and address customer queries promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to assist customers.
  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Retail or Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
