We are looking for a proactive Sports Recruiter to source and evaluate athletic talent. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and interpersonal finesse to navigate the recruitment landscape effectively and deliver great results.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage athlete profiles within the recruitment database.
• Conduct background checks and due diligence on potential recruits.
• Facilitate athlete interviews and assessments.
• Organise recruitment events and promotional activities.
• Establish and maintain a network of contacts in the sports industry.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote recruitment initiatives.
• Monitor competitor recruitment strategies for insights.
• Provide guidance to athletes throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Develop strategies for attracting diverse athletic talent.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
• Experience in coaching or athletic training is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of engagement in sports or coaching recruitment.

Languages

• English: Fluent
