Job Description

As a Bowman at Archery Sports Australia, you will play a pivotal role in competitive archery. Your focus on precision and technique will contribute to your success in tournaments and events. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional marksmanship skills and a passion for the sport.

Responsibilities

• Accurately shoot arrows during competitions, ensuring high precision.
• Engage with fellow archers and provide support during events.
• Maintain and store archery equipment properly.
• Attend training sessions to keep skills sharp and updated.
• Support event organization efforts, including setup and logistics.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Review shooting techniques and make adjustments as necessary.
• Track personal performance statistics metrics.
• Provide feedback to the Archery Coordinator on event processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Archery from a recognized organization
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience in competitive archery is essential.
