Job Description

As the Baseball Club Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring its growth and success. You will be responsible for managing staff relationships, organizing events, and working closely with sponsors, all while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for players and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, training and evaluation of staff members.
• Design and implement community outreach programs to engage local players.
• Oversee the marketing and promotional strategies for club events.
• Facilitate partnerships with local schools and organizations for cooperative events.
• Ensure the club's facilities are maintained and accessible for all members.
• Develop new initiatives to increase participation and engagement within the club.
• Act as the spokesperson for the club in all media and public relations.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt club operations accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years' experience managing sports teams or organizations
