Job Description

Join our team as an Aquatics Lifeguard where you'll ensure the safety of swimmers at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of swimmers by monitoring water quality and chemical levels.
• Respond to emergency situations swiftly and effectively.
• Assist with poolside training and swim lessons as required.
• Engage with patrons to promote safety awareness and swimming techniques.
• Participate in continuous training and certification updates.
• Collaborate with other lifeguards to maintain high standards of safety.
• Contribute to a positive and friendly environment for all guests.
• Prepare and distribute informational materials about pool rules and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Lifeguard Instructor certification is a plus
• Experience with advanced first aid techniques is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a busy aquatic environment preferred
