Tower Loader Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tower Loader Operator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of tower loaders, crucial for loading and unloading materials on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials adhering to safety standards.
• Inspect and maintain tower loaders for optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members for operations coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Document all loading activities and report discrepancies.
• Address and report equipment malfunctions as soon as they arise.
• Fulfill project requirements while maintaining work quality.
• Engage in maintaining a tidy worksite.
• Attend all necessary safety training and briefings.
• Support other operational tasks as directed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in Heavy Equipment Operation preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly tower loaders.
