Job Description

The Inservice Coordinator is vital in developing and implementing training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong background in training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement employee training initiatives.
  • Assist management in monitoring compliance with training requirements.
  • Provide support to staff with learning needs.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and adjust as necessary for effectiveness.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure training relevance.
  • Prepare reports on training progress and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the training environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus.
Technical Skills
