Job Description

As the K-12 School Principal, you will lead and manage school operations from kindergarten through year twelve. This role involves providing direction to teachers, fostering a positive learning environment for students, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the school and local government, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout school activities and programs.
  • Supervise student extracurricular activities to enhance overall educational experience.
  • Engage with educational committees to support school improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership or Management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, preferably in a leadership role.
