Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Tin Flopper to join our dedicated team. This role involves the fabrication and installation of custom sheet metal components, where you will work closely with our design team to ensure high-quality output. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom sheet metal components according to specifications.
• Ensure proper use of tools and machinery for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine project details.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise during the fabrication process.
• Document production processes and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Assist in training new team members on fabrication techniques.
• Maintain machinery in operational condition through regular maintenance.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices for production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication)
• White Card (Construction Induction)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, with experience in custom projects considered an advantage.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD Software: Proficiency in design software for creating technical drawings.
