Hides Inspector

Job Description

Join our team as a Hides Inspector, where your expertise will ensure that our leather products are crafted from the highest quality hides. You will work closely with production and procurement teams to maintain our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hides and classify them according to quality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
• Coordinate with procurement to verify the quality of incoming materials.
• Participate in quality assurance meetings and provide insights.
• Assist in training new employees on inspection procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in leather production or quality assurance is advantageous

Experience

• No previous experience required; experience in leather production or quality assurance is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Physical dexterity and strength

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Languages

• English: Fluent
