Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Self-Enrichment Teacher specializing in first aid training. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging courses to equip employees with essential emergency response skills. You will play a vital role in evaluating performance and keeping training materials up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions and provide guidance to learners.
• Assess and report on training effectiveness to improve future programs.
• Keep all training resources and equipment in optimal condition.
• Facilitate group discussions and interactive learning environments.
• Develop supplementary resources to assist learning and retention.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
• Advanced First Aid Certificate is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in first aid education or a similar role

Languages

Advantageous
