Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator

Job Description

As a Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machines, applying protective coverings to various materials, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate laminating machines to apply plastic film or other materials.
• Measure and cut materials to the correct size for lamination.
• Read and interpret work orders and production schedules.
• Conduct quality checks on laminated materials.
• Execute machine cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in training new team members on laminating techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent
