• Conduct initial assessments of clients' financial situations and establish trust.
• Create tailored debt management plans to facilitate positive financial outcomes.
• Deliver ongoing education and support to clients about budgeting and saving strategies.
• Actively mediate and negotiate with creditors to improve client repayment terms.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all client dealings and plan outcomes.
• Review and revise management plans based on client feedback and financial changes.
• Utilize various tools, including Microsoft Excel and debt management software.
• Organize informational sessions on navigating debt and financial wellness.
• Foster a supportive environment for clients facing complex financial issues.
• Work collaboratively with other financial advisors and analysts to provide comprehensive care.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification in financial counseling or debt management is desirable
• Microsoft Excel Proficient in creating spreadsheets and managing financial data.
• Debt Management Software Experienced in using software tools specific to debt management.
• Empathy Exceptional ability to understand and relate to clients' financial stress.
• Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to identify solutions to financial issues.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• English (Fluent)
• Other Languages (Desirable)
