We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team as a Tennis Ball Cover Cementer. In this role, you will apply cement to tennis ball covers, ensuring durability and quality that our customers rely on.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tennis balls for cement application processes.
• Ensure uniform coverage of cement for each ball.
• Troubleshoot any issues with equipment during the application.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on equipment repairs.
• Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency.
• Train new staff on cementing techniques and safety measures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Record daily production metrics for reporting.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a sports equipment manufacturing environment is preferred.
