• Conduct quality assurance checks on IT systems and user-support processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Additional certifications in IT support or networking are beneficial

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in an IT support role

• Mac Operating Systems
• Help Desk Software

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
