Job Description

Join our team as a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, where you will be responsible for the preparation and quality assurance of saggers. Your attention to detail will be pivotal in supporting our manufacturing operations and delivering high-quality ceramic products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, inspecting, and assembling saggers according to established guidelines.
• Checking for any defects or damages in the saggers and reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Applying necessary coatings or liners to the saggers as per specifications.
• Monitoring inventory levels of saggers and requesting additional materials when needed.
• Ensuring proper labeling and identification of saggers for easy tracking.
• Operating machinery or equipment for sagger preparation processes.
• Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
• Adhering to quality control standards and performing quality checks on saggers.
• Assisting in training new employees on sagger preparation processes.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or ceramics-related role is preferred.

Technical Skills

Languages
