Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, your primary role will be to operate and monitor dough mixing machines, ensuring consistency in product quality. You will be responsible for weighing ingredients accurately and following recipes to create various types of dough, from bread to pastries.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the mixing process to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance on mixing machines.
  • Follow established production schedules to avoid delays.
  • Keep detailed records of production batches.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the work area.
  • Coordinate with quality control for inspections.
  • Train new staff on equipment operation and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Food Technology or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in food production, specifically with doughs and batters
