Job Description

The Seed Packer will be responsible for accurately packing and labeling seed packets while ensuring compliance with company standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting seeds and preparing them for packing as per specifications.
• Handling seed packets with care to avoid damage.
• Reporting any discrepancies in stock levels to the Seed Processing Manager.
• Documenting packing details as required for traceability.
• Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferably some prior experience in a warehouse or production environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with packing machinery: Experience using industrial packing equipment is a plus.
