Join our dynamic team as a Seed Analysis Laboratory Assistant! You will be responsible for supporting the analysis of seed samples through precise testing methods. Responsibilities

• Conduct germination tests, purity tests, moisture content analysis, and other seed quality assessments.
• Assist in the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the laboratory on a daily basis.
• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
• Assist in troubleshooting of laboratory equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and results obtained.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and propose improvements.
• Support the team in research and development activities aimed at enhancing seed analysis methods.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure testing meets client needs.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in agriculture, biology, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not essential.
