Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor to oversee a team of forestry workers. The role entails ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing operational tasks, and driving productivity improvements on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tree planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities in accordance with management plans.
  • Ensure all workers adhere to operational guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Evaluate and implement methods to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data and participant feedback to inform management strategies.
  • Manage resources effectively, allocating equipment and personnel as needed.
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding project updates and compliance issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Forestry or Agriculture
  • Bachelor's in Environmental Science or related field is an advantage
