Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Neuropsychologist to join our team at ABC Health Services. This role involves assessing and treating patients with neurological disorders, with a strong focus on cognitive rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive skills in neuropsychological assessments and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed neuropsychological evaluations to determine cognitive strengths and weaknesses.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Deliver cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy to patients as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centric care.
• Contribute to case discussions and treatment strategy meetings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness of neurological health.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience

Certifications

• Credentialed Practising Psychologist (CPP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Specialisation in Traumatic Brain Injury: Expertise in assessing and treating patients with TBI.
• Familiarity with Neuroimaging Techniques: Experience in interpreting neuroimaging results.
