Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining compliance programs across the organization. Your focus will be on ensuring that operational practices meet regulatory standards, as well as training staff on compliance regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement and develop policies that align with current legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement compliance monitoring systems.
  • Assist in the development of compliance training programs.
  • Assess compliance risks and adopt risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regulatory assessments to ensure company policies align with laws.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to address compliance challenges.
  • Manage and mentor junior compliance staff.
  • Provide regulatory updates to the management team.
  • Engage stakeholders in compliance initiatives to enhance overall governance.
  • Facilitate external audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CCEP or related are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in compliance, audit, or governance roles.
