We are seeking skilled Printing Press Operators to join our vibrant team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using advanced screen printing technology, ensuring that all production goals and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run screen printing machines and ensure consistent output quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and report any issues immediately.
• Work in tandem with designers to adapt artwork and printing processes.
• Implement troubleshooting processes to rectify any production issues.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Cert IV in Screen Printing or related qualification

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in screen printing or a related field

Technical Skills

• Printing technology
• Quality assurance

• Analytical skills
• Time management

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
