Job Description

We are looking for motivated Team Assemblers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will ensure the quality and accuracy of the filament respooling process while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on respooling machinery.
• Follow production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Verify that all materials meet required specifications.
• Maintain documentation of spooling activities and materials used.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the respooling process.
• Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Experience with 3D printing processes is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of 3D Printing Software
• Use of Measuring Tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Mechanical aptitude: Ability to understand machine operation and maintenance requirements.
• Previous manufacturing experience: Experience in a high-volume production environment.
