Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage support requests using our ticketing system.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences.
  • Assist in creating user manuals and documentation for customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar role
