Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
  • Dig trenches, backfill, and grade earth as needed.
  • Transport materials to and from job sites.
  • Help erect scaffolding and assist in building structures.
  • Perform quality control checks on materials and finished work.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in working order.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • No prior experience required, but some experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
